Garment Care
All Bellinski pieces are designed with the utmost durability in mind however some of the bikinis have intricate detail on them and will need to be worn with extra precaution. *Although all gold detailing used by Bellinski is made from heat-resistant material, we do not recommend exposing it to extreme heat for a pro-longed period of time. All Bellinski bikinis are to be hand-washed only (please do not ‘wring’ your bikini) and should be rinsed in cold water after each use.
Ordering and Payments
Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Bellinski is not responsible for any possible errors that may occur on the website. There may be slight colour differences between goods as viewed on the site and the actual fabric colour. Bellinski has the right to refuse a sale for any reason.
You will receive an email notification of your payment as a receipt. You will also be sent an email to notify you that your payment was successful from Protx.
For security reasons all transactions via credit and debit card payments are handled by Protx. Protx helps to keep your financial information private; they 'guarantee 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account'.
Delivery
UK - £5 (Special Delivery Next Day) Most orders should arrive within 1-2 working days although please allow up to 5 working days.
EU - £8 (International Signed For) Most orders should arrive within 5-7 working days although please allow up to 10 working days.
Rest of World - £10 (International Signed For) Most orders should arrive within 10 working days but please allow up to 15 working days.

If you require a particular bikini or order urgently, please contact us at mail@bellinski.com and we will, if possible, do our utmost to process your order in time.
For international shipping, it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union. Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Returns Policy
You may return all items sold by Bellinski.com within 10 days of receipt for a full refund (postage and packaging costs are non-refundable). The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the reason for return is due to Bellinski’s error.
We cannot take responsibility of any lost items in the post - we strongly recommend that you return your item via a signed for/special delivery service.
Exchanges are offered but will incur any extra cost in change in prices between garments, as well as the additional cost of P&P.
If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.

Refunds
Returns and refunds are only accepted from items directly purchased from Bellinski.com, within 10 days of receipt. All items must be in the original condition that they were purchased in. Damaged or worn items or with missing parts/accessories will not be accepted.
You will receive an email once you refund has been successfully re-credited to your account. Refunds can only be processed back on to the original card used whilst purchasing the item. Once received, refunds will be dealt with within 7 to 14 working days.
